【Abstract】Objective To investigate the risk factors of recurrent fear in patients with colorectal cancer, and to analyze the correlation between the degree of disease perception and recurrent fear in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods 112 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital were selected as research objects, and were divided into the fear of recurrence group and the fear of no recurrence group according to the official cancer recurrence fear score (FCRQ). The difference in basic data information between the two groups was compared to clarify various risk factors for colorectal cancer patients fear of recurrence, and the correlation between BIPQ score and FCRQ score in colorectal cancer patients was observed. Results Patients in the fear of recurrence group ≥65 years old, junior high school or below, not in employment, no medical insurance, family income < 3000, disease course ≥6 months, tumor diameter ≥6cm, and BIPQ score ≥35 were significantly more than those in the fear of recurrence group ,P < 0.05.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis confirmed that the risk factors for colorectal cancer patients with recurrence fear were age ≥65 years old, education level at junior high school or below, non-employment, no medical insurance, family income < 3000 yuan, disease course ≥6 months, tumor diameter ≥6cm, and BIPQ score ≥35, all with P < 0.05.FCRQ score of colorectal cancer patients was positively correlated with BIPQ score, r was 0.17, P < 0.05.Conclusion There was a positive correlation between BIPQ score and FCRQ score in colorectal cancer patients, so close attention should be paid to the BIPQ score of patients, and corresponding intervention measures should be taken to reduce the probability of recurrence of fear in patients
