| 摘要 |
目的 浅析慢性宫颈炎患者采用针对性护理进行治疗指导，希望能为临床护理工作提供参考，进一步提高慢性宫颈炎的护理水平。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月收治的慢性宫颈炎患者50例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用针对性护理，对比不良情绪和健康行为。结果 观察组患者的不良情绪评分低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者健康行为评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对慢性宫颈炎患者实施针对性护理的效果显著，有助于缓解患者的治疗压力，为患者提供健康生活建议，具有较高的健康行为，干预效果确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the chronic cervicitis patients with targeted nursing for treatment guidance, hoping to provide reference for clinical nursing work, and further improve the nursing level of chronic cervicitis. Methods 50 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected, and the control group adopted targeted care to compare bad mood and health behaviors. Results The bad mood score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the contrast difference was significant (P <0.05); moreover, the health behavior score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the contrast difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of targeted nursing for patients with chronic cervicitis is remarkable, which is helpful to relieve the treatment pressure of patients, provide healthy living advice for patients, has high health behavior, and has accurate intervention effect.
