Objective To analyze and explore the application effect of psychological nursing and humanistic care in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods This study period from August 2023 to August 2024, select hospital patients for gynecological disease treatment as the study object, including 60 cases, follow grouping, according to the number numbering method between group, each group (n=30), respectively named reference group and study group, reference group of patients implement routine nursing service plan, study group patients psychological nursing combined humanistic care nursing service program, finally evaluate the curative effect of different intervention strategies. Compare the differences in clinical indicators, nursing satisfaction, nursing compliance and incidence of adverse reactions. Results All the indicators in the study group, P＜0.05. Conclusion In this study, we will evaluate the application value of psychological nursing combined humanistic care in obstetrics and gynecology nursing, aiming to seek a more perfect nursing intervention strategy for this group through comparison, maximize the life and health of patients and improve the prognosis. The results are clear, on the one hand, it can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, on the other hand, it can effectively improve patients; compliance and satisfaction, which is worth adopting.
