| 摘要 |
目的 分析人性化整体护理对手术室护理效果的影响。方法 本次研究的起始时间为2022年1月份至2024年12月份，纳入患者的数量为600例，随机平衡法分成对照组和实验组，每组300例患者，对照组常规护理，实验组人性化整体护理，对比两组患者护理质量；不良事件发生率；患者护理满意度。结果 两组患者提供不同的护理方案后，提供人性化整体护理的实验组患者护理质量优于对照组，P<0.05，分析不良事件发生率，实验组低于对照组，p<0.05，评估患者护理满意度，实验组低于对照组，p<0.05。结论 在手术室护理中开展人性化整体护理，可以提升护理质量，降低不良事件的产生，提高护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of humanized holistic nursing on the nursing effect in the operating room. Methods The starting time of this study was from January 2024 to December 2024, and the number of patients included was 100. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random balance method, with 50 patients in each group. Routine nursing in the control group and humanistic holistic nursing in the experimental group were compared. Incidence of adverse events; Patient care satisfaction. Results After the two groups of patients were provided with different nursing plans, the quality of care in the experimental group with humanized holistic care was better than that in the control group, P<0.05. The incidence of adverse events was analyzed, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, p<0.05. The satisfaction of patient care was evaluated, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion Humanized holistic nursing in operating room nursing can improve nursing quality, reduce adverse events and improve nursing satisfaction.
