| 摘要 |
目的 分析老年腹腔镜下结、直肠癌根治术的护理。方法 参与本次研究患者的数量为70例，时间为2023年1月份至2024年12月份，分成对照组与实验组，对照组常规护理，实验组综合护理，分析两组患者围术期指标、炎症指标以。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预措施后，实验组患者围术期指标优于对照组(P<0.05)，对比患者炎症指标，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对老年结直肠癌患者行腹腔镜下手术治疗期间给予综合性护理，可以改善患者围术期间指标，减轻炎性反应，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the nursing of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in elderly patients. Methods A total of 70 patients participated in this study from January 2023 to December 2024. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received routine care, and the experimental group received comprehensive care. The perioperative indicators and inflammatory indicators of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results After different intervention measures were provided to the two groups of patients, the perioperative indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). When comparing the inflammatory indicators of the patients, the experimental group was better than the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with colorectal cancer during laparoscopic surgery can improve the perioperative indicators of patients and reduce inflammatory reactions, which is worth promoting.
