摘要
强迫症(obsessive-compulsive disorder,OCD)是一种常见的以强迫思维和(或)强迫行为为核心表现的精神障碍,至今病因及发病机制不明。近年来磁共振技术凭借其优点已被广泛用于精神障碍的研究,已有磁共振研究结果发现OCD患者的小脑在结构及功能发生了改变。本文对目前OCD患者小脑结构和功能在磁共振技术相关研究结果进行综述。
Abstract
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a common mental disorder with obsessive-compulsive thinking and/or compulsive behavior as its core performance. The etiology and pathogenesis are unknown so far. In recent years, magnetic resonance technology has been widely used in the study of mental disorders due to its advantages. The results of magnetic resonance studies have found that the structure and function of the cerebellum of OCD patients have changed. This article reviews the current research results related to MRI technology on the structure and function of the cerebellum in OCD patients.
