综合饮食护理干预对糖尿病患者饮食行为及体重控制的影响分析

摘要
目的 分析糖尿病用综合饮食护理干预所起到的作用。方法 随机均分2023年2月-2025年1月本院门诊接诊的糖尿病患者(n=92)。试验组采取综合饮食护理干预,对照组行常规护理。对比体重指数等指标。结果 关于饮食依从性:试验组97.83%,对照组84.78%,P<0.05。体重指数:试验组只有(22.42±2.03)kg/m2,对照组高达(23.51±2.41)kg/m2,差异显著(P<0.05)。空腹和餐后2h血糖:干预后,试验组只有(5.49±0.71)mmol/L、(8.05±1.02)mmol/L,对照组高达(6.41±0.85)mmol/L、(9.47±1.41)mmol/L,差异显著(P<0.05)。满意度:试验组95.65%,对照组80.43%,P<0.05。结论 糖尿病病人用综合饮食护理干预,饮食依从性更高,体重指数更低,血糖改善情况也更好,满意度提升更加显著。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of diabetes intervention. Methods Diabetic patients from February 2023 to January 2025 (n=92). The experimental group adopted a comprehensive dietary care intervention, and the control group underwent routine care. Compare the body mass index and other indicators. Results Regarding dietary compliance: 97.83% in the test group and 84.78% in the control group, P <0.05. Body mass index: only kg/m2 (22.42 ± 2.03) in the test group and only kg/m2 (23.51 ± 2.41) in the control group, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Fasting and 2h postprandial glucose: After intervention, only (5.49 ± 0.71) mmol/L and (8.05 ± 1.02) mmol/L in the test group and (6.41 ± 0.85) mmol/L and (9.47 ± 1.41) mmol/L in the control group (P <0.05). Satisfaction: 95.65% in the test group and 80.43% in the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive dietary care intervention showed higher dietary compliance, lower body mass index, better improvement in blood sugar, and more significant improvement in satisfaction.
