| 摘要 |
目的 分析多元化骨质疏松预防护理的实施作用。方法 将我院2021年3月-2023年3月所接收的84例骨质疏松患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组（多元化预防护理）与对照组（常规护理），对比两组护理后的疼痛评分、骨质疏松症相关知识知晓评分、日常管理行为及并发症发生率。结果 观察组采用多元化预防护理后，其疼痛评分（1.33±0.66）、骨质疏松症相关知识知晓评分（6.87±1.83、3.97±1.23、4.97±1.83）、日常管理行为（92.86%、90.48%、95.24%、100.00%）均优于对照组，并发症发生率（4.76%）低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 多元化骨质疏松预防护理的实施作用显著，可有效提升患者对骨质疏松症的知晓程度，并促进其自我管理能力的提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the implementation effect of diversified osteoporosis prevention nursing. Methods 84 patients with osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group (diversified preventive nursing) and a control group (conventional nursing). The pain scores, osteoporosis related knowledge awareness scores, daily management behaviors, and incidence of complications after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After adopting diversified preventive nursing, the observation group had better pain scores (1.33 ± 0.66), osteoporosis related knowledge awareness scores (6.87 ± 1.83, 3.97 ± 1.23, 4.97 ± 1.83), and daily management behaviors (92.86%, 90.48%, 95.24%, 100.00%) than the control group. The incidence of complications (4.76%) was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of diversified osteoporosis prevention nursing has a significant effect, which can effectively improve patients awareness of osteoporosis and promote their self-management ability.
