| 摘要 |
目的 分析风湿免疫疾病患者采取基于微信平台的延续性护理对其自我管理疾病能力、生活质量的影响。方法 选取2023年5月至2024年7月收治的风湿免疫疾病患者72例，随机分为观察组（基于微信平台的延续性护理）和对照组（常规护理）各36例，对比效果。结果 观察组自我管理疾病能力评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组，情绪状态评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 基于微信平台的延续性护理可有效提升风湿免疫疾病患者的自我管理疾病能力，提高生活质量，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of continuous care based on the WeChat platform on patients with rheumatologic and immunological diseases regarding their ability to self-manage their conditions and quality of life. Methods A total of 72 patients with rheumatologic and immunological diseases admitted from May 2023 to July 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (continuous care based on the WeChat platform) and a control group (conventional care), each consisting of 36 cases, to compare the effects. Results The observation group scored higher in both self-management of disease and quality of life compared to the control group, while the emotional state score was lower in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous care based on the WeChat platform can effectively enhance the self-management of disease capabilities and improve the quality of life for patients with rheumatologic and immunological diseases, with good results.
