| 摘要 |
目的 探究对ICU脑出血患者应用全面护理对于抑制肺部感染的实际价值；方法 选取2023年1月-2024年12月我院收治的78例ICU脑出血患者，随机数字法分为观察组与对照组，各39例。对照组为常规ICU护理，观察组采用全面护理，比较两组的肺部感染等并发症的发生率等指标；结果 观察组的肺部感染发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的心理状态及BI指数显优（P<0.05）；结论 对ICU脑出血患者采用全面护理能够有效抑制肺部感染的发生，且改善患者的心理状态及活动能力，应用价值良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the practical value of comprehensive nursing in inhibiting pulmonary infection in ICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage; Methods 78 ICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 39 patients in each group. The control group received routine ICU care, while the observation group received comprehensive care. The incidence of complications such as pulmonary infection between the two groups was compared; Results The incidence of pulmonary infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The psychological state and BI index of the observation group were significantly better (P<0.05); Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for ICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively suppress the occurrence of pulmonary infection, improve their psychological state and activity ability, and has good application value.
