| 摘要 |
目的 分析全面护理模式对心血管介入术后患者的影响。方法 选取我院2020年4月~2022年4月内收治的100例心血管介入术患者为本次研究对象，所选患者以临床护理差异分为对照组（50例，常规基础护理）和观察组（50例，全面护理），对比两组护理效果。结果 相较于对照组，观察组患者在症状缓解、心理健康、并发症控制等方面表现更优，护理质量更高，护理满意度（服务态度、服务技术等维度）也更高，（P<0.05）。结论 在心血管介入术患者的临床护理中采用全面护理模式，可有效改善患者护理后的症状情况，并提高患者的护理满意度及护理质量，值得临床进一步推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive care model on patients after cardiovascular intervention. Methods 100 patients with cardiovascular interventional surgery from 2020.04 to 2022.04 of our hospital were selected into control group (50 cases, routine basic care) and observation group (50 cases, comprehensive care) according to the difference in clinical nursing care, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, patients in the observation group showed better performance in aspects such as symptom relief, mental health, and complication control. They also received higher - quality nursing care, and had higher nursing satisfaction (in dimensions such as service attitude and service skills). Moreover, all these differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing mode in the clinical nursing of cardiovascular interventional patients can effectively improve the symptoms of patients after nursing, and improve the nursing satisfaction and nursing quality of patients, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
