Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans. Methods Randomly divide patients with thromboangiitis obliterans admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to November 2024 (n=62). The experimental group received evidence-based nursing care, while the control group received routine nursing care. Compare indicators such as complications. Results Regarding complications, the experimental group had 6.45% and the control group had 11.58%, with a significant difference (P<0.05). The hospitalization time was only (8.02 ± 0.94) days in the experimental group, while it was as long as (13.19 ± 1.68) days in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Satisfaction: The experimental group had a satisfaction rate of 96.77%, while the control group had a satisfaction rate of 77.42%, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Nursing quality: The experimental group scored as high as (97.39 ± 0.85) points, while the control group scored only (91.04 ± 1.03) points, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence based nursing for thromboangiitis obliterans results in shorter hospital stay, fewer complications, higher satisfaction, and more significant improvement in nursing quality for patients.
