【摘要】 研究理性情绪治疗联合微课教育对产后抑郁的干预效果。方法 选择本院2019年1-12月80例产后抑郁患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各40例。对照组采取常规干预,研究组在对照组的基础上给予理性情绪治疗联合微课教育。比较两组的爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)、中文版育儿胜任感量表(C-PSOC)、生活质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)。结果 对照组干预后的EPDS评分显著高于研究组,C-PSOC评分显著低于研究组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组干预后的WHOQOL-BREF总分显著低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 理性情绪治疗联合微课教育可显著改善产后抑郁症状,提高产妇的育儿胜任感及生活质量。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To study the intervention effect of rational emotion therapy combined with micro-class education on postpartum depression. Methods Eighty patients with postpartum depression in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases each. The control group took routine intervention, and the study group was given rational emotional therapy combined with micro-class education on the basis of the control group. The edinburgh postpartum depression scale (EPDS), the Chinese version of the parenting competency scale (C-PSOC), and the quality of life scale (WHOQOL-BREF) between the two groups were compared. Results The EPDS score of the control group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the study group, and the C-PSOC score was significantly lower than that of the study group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The WHOQOL-BREF total score of the control group after intervention was significantly lower than that of the study group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of rational emotion therapy and micro-class education can significantly improve postpartum depression symptoms and improve child rearing competence and quality of life.
