Objective To further promote the improvement of interventional treatment effects for ischemic stroke, reduce neurological deficits and the risk of complications, this article will discuss the application effect of cluster nursing. Method The experiment was conducted from January 2024 to December 2024. Patients with ischemic stroke admitted during this period were selected as the experimental subjects. The order of admission time was taken as the grouping consideration condition. The first 40 cases were selected as the control group and received routine nursing services, and the last 40 cases were selected as the observation group and adopted cluster nursing. Relevant data indicators were sorted out in detail. Observe the changes in the results. Result The neurological deficit score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the self-care ability score and quality of life score of the observation group were both better than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group. All P values were < 0.05. Conclusion The combination of cluster-based nursing during the recovery period of patients undergoing interventional therapy for ischemic stroke can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect of neurological function, enhance self-care ability, reduce the risk of complications, and show positive application value in improving the quality of life after prognosis. It is worthy of promotion and reference.
