| 摘要 |
目的 高血压是一种慢性疾病，需要长期的监控与管理，为了提高患者的生活质量并减少并发症的发生，本文探析基于智慧管理平台的多维协同护理模式在原发性高血压患者中的应用效果。方法 选取某院收治的原发性高血压患者作为研究对象，对比不同护理措施两组患者临床护理效果。结果 观察组血压指标、服药依从性和护理满意度评分以及患者不良情绪均远远优于对照组，P＜0.05说明存在对比意义。结论 基于智慧管理平台的多维协同护理模式在原发性高血压患者中的应用，展现了其在提高治疗依从性、改善血压指标和护理质量方面的独特优势。

| Abstract |
Objective Hypertension is a chronic disease that requires long-term monitoring and management. In order to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications, this article explores the application effect of a multi-dimensional collaborative nursing model based on a smart management platform in patients with primary hypertension. Methods Primary hypertension patients admitted to a certain hospital were selected as the research subjects, and the clinical nursing effects of two groups of patients with different nursing measures were compared. Results The blood pressure indicators, medication adherence, nursing satisfaction scores, and patient negative emotions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with P<0.05 indicating comparative significance. Conclusion The application of the multi-dimensional collaborative nursing model based on the intelligent management platform in patients with primary hypertension demonstrates its unique advantages in improving treatment compliance, blood pressure indicators, and nursing quality.
