| 摘要 |
目的 浅析人工全膝关节置换术患者采用加速康复外科理念进行手术室护理指导，为患者成功度过疾病治疗期提供舒适性指导。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月收治的人工全膝关节置换术患者70例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用加速康复外科理念，对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者膝关节功能恢复情况优于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对人工全膝关节置换术患者实施加速康复外科理念的效果显著，有助于调整手术室护理方向和流程，为患者术后取得理想成效做出了较大的努力，干预效果确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery, to provide comfort guidance for patients to successfully pass the disease treatment period. Methods 70 patients with artificial total knee replacement treated from January 2024 to December 2024 received basic nursing care; the control group adopted the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery to compare the clinical nursing effect. Results The recovery of knee function in the observation group was better than the control group, and the comparison difference was significant (P <0.05); moreover, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the comparison difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery for patients with artificial total knee replacement is remarkable, which is helpful to adjust the direction and process of nursing in the operating room, and makes great efforts for patients to achieve ideal results after surgery, and the intervention effect is accurate.
