疏肝开窍针刺法联合西药对首发精神分裂患者的疗效分析

目的：分析疏肝开窍针刺法联合西药对首发精神分裂患者的疗效。方法：选择2017年3月至2020年3月于医院治疗的首发精神分裂患者进行研究，根据随机数字表法将患者进行分组，对照组50例患者服用西药利培酮片(敬平)治疗，研究组在对照组服用西药利培酮片(敬平)基础上联合采用疏肝开窍针刺法治疗，两组患者均连续治疗4个月，治疗前、后采用简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）评价患者精神严重程度，采用韦氏记忆测验(WMS)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)、数字划销测验(DST)共同评价患者认知功能，运用社会功能缺陷筛选量表分（SDSS）评价患者社会功能，治疗后，对两组患者进行疗效评价。结果：治疗后，研究组患者BPRS评分、WCST持续性错误数、WCST完成第一个分类所需应答数、DST失误率（%）水平低于对照组（P＜0.05），研究组患者WMS、DST总净分水平高于对照组（P＜0.05），研究组患者社会功能各项评分及总评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05），研究组总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组总有效率84.00%（P＜0.05）。结论：疏肝开窍针刺法联合西药治疗首发精神分裂患者，可降低患者BPRS评分，升高WMS、DST总净分，降低患者WCST持续性错误数、WCST完成第一个分类所需应答数、DST失误率，提高患者认知功能，降低SDSS各项评分，提高患者社会功能和疗效。

| Abstract |
Abstract: Objective: to analyze the curative effect of Shugan Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia. Methods: The first-episode schizophrenic patients treated in the hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected and divided into groups according to the random number table method. 50 patients in the control group were treated with risperidone tablets (Jingping) and the study group were treated with Shugan Kaiqiao acupuncture on the basis of risperidone tablets (Jingping). The two groups of patients were treated for 4 months continuously before treatment After treatment, BPRS was used to evaluate the mental severity of the patients. Wechsler Memory Test (WMS), Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) and digital write off test (DST) were used to evaluate the cognitive function of the patients. The social function of the patients was evaluated by the social disability screening scale (SDSS). Results: After treatment, the BPRS score, the number of persistent errors in WCST, the number of answers required for WCST to complete the first classification, and DST error rate (%) in the study group were lower (P<0.05); The total net score of WMS and DST in the study group was higher (P<0.05), The social function scores and total scores of the study group were lower (P<0.05); The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00% higher than the control group (84.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shugan Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenic patients can reduce the BPRS score, increase the total net score of WMS and DST, reduce the number of persistent errors in WCST, the number of answers required for WCST to complete the first classification, DST error rate, improve the cognitive function of patients, reduce the scores of SDSS, and improve the social function and curative effect of patients.
