| 摘要 |
目的 研究通窍活血汤治疗缺血性脑卒中急性患者的观察重点。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月期间我院收治的缺血性脑卒中后患者80例，随机分为两组，分别是对照组与研究组，每组各40例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组则在常规治疗的基础上，加用通窍活血汤加减治疗。结果 治疗前观察组与对照组下肢运动功能、生活自理能力无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后观察组各项指标均优于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 采用通窍活血汤治疗缺血性脑卒中急性患者效果显著，能够缓解症状，降低并发症，改善下肢运动功能，提升生活自理能力，值得进一步推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the key observation points of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients. Methods Eighty patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group and the study group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received additional modified Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment. Results Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in lower - limb motor function and self - care ability between the research group and the control group (P > 0.05). After treatment, all indices of the research group were superior to those of the control group, (P < 0.05). Conclusion Using Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction to treat acute ischemic stroke patients has a significant effect. It can relieve symptoms, reduce complications, improve lower - limb motor function, and enhance self - care ability, which is worthy of further promotion.
