【摘要】 比较药物治疗联合意念与模仿行为训练对精神分裂症患者疗效的影响。方法 选择2017年7月到2020年7月80例精神分裂症患者做为研究对象，按随机数字表法均分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组采取药物治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上联合意念与模仿行为训练，比较两组的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)。结果 两组治疗前的阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病学量表及PANSS总分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；对照组治疗后的阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病学量表及PANSS总分显著高于研究组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组TESS的严重程度总分、药物联系总分、处理总分显著高于研究组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 药物治疗联合意念与模仿行为训练，能使精神分裂症获得更好的疗效，宜根据患者的实际情况灵活应用。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To compare the effect of drug therapy combined with ideation and imitation behavior training on the curative effect of patients with schizophrenia. Methods Eighty patients with schizophrenia from July 2017 to July 2020 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the control group and the study group with 40 cases each according to the random number table method. The control group took medication, and the study group combined mind and mimic behavior training on the basis of the control group. The positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) and the side effects scale (TESS) between the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the positive symptoms, negative symptoms, general psychiatric scale and PANSS total scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The positive symptoms, negative symptoms, general psychiatric scale and PANSS total scores of the control group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the study group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total score of TESS severity, total score of drug connection, and total score of treatment in the control group were significantly higher than those of the study group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Drug therapy combined with ideation and imitative behavior training can make schizophrenia obtain better curative effect, and should be applied flexibly according to the actual situation of the patient.
