摘要
中医门诊作为传承和发扬中华传统医学的重要场所,其护理管理工作的质量直接影响着患者的就医体验和治疗效果,因此本文评价中医门诊护理管理中应用人性化服务及护患关系。方法 对在我院中医门诊接诊的患者进行深入研究,对比实施常规护理管理和应用人性化服务管理的两组患者对护理的满意度和护患纠纷情况。结果 观察组患者护理满意度为95.31%、护患纠纷率为2.82%,对照组依次为81.22%和13.62%,两组数据对比P<0.05,组间存在对比性。结论 中医门诊护理管理中应用人性化服务及构建良好的护患关系是提升中医服务水平、满足患者需求的重要举措。
Abstract
Objective As an important venue for inheriting and promoting traditional Chinese medicine, the quality of nursing management in TCM clinics directly affects patients' medical experience and treatment outcomes. Therefore, this paper evaluates the application of humanized services and nurse-patient relationships in TCM clinic nursing management. Methods A thorough study was conducted on patients receiving treatment at our TCM clinic, comparing the satisfaction with nursing care and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes between two groups: those who received routine nursing management and those who received humanized service management. Results The nursing satisfaction rate for the observation group was 95.31%, and the nurse-patient dispute rate was 2.82%. For the control group, these figures were 81.22% and 13.62%, respectively. The P-value for the comparison between the two groups was <0.05, indicating significant differences. Conclusion Applying humanized services and building good nurse-patient relationships in TCM clinic nursing management are crucial measures to enhance the level of TCM service and meet patient needs.
