| 摘要 |
目的 探讨慢性肾炎（CGN）患者管理中循证护理的效果。方法 选取2023年7月至2024年6月收治的CGN患者58例，随机分为观察组（循证护理）和对照组（常规护理）各29例，对比效果。结果 观察组肾功能、睡眠相关指标优于对照组，自护能力、生活质量高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 循证护理在CGN患者管理中应用效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the management of patients with chronic nephritis (CGN). Methods Fifty-eight patients with CGN admitted from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (evidence-based nursing) and a control group (conventional nursing), with 29 cases in each group. The effects were compared. Results The renal function and sleep-related indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the self-care ability and quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has a good application effect in the management of patients with CGN.
