【摘要】目的：探讨对胃癌根治术后患者实施心理护理干预对患者生活质量的改善情况及对精神的影响。方法：本文将2019年1月至2020年6月接受胃癌根治术的患者124例作为研究对象，对所有患者按照随机方式进行分组，对照组62例患者以常规护理进行干预，观察组62例患者则实施心理护理干预，统计分析干预前后SAS评分、SDS评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度评分。结果：两组之间SAS评分、SDS评分相比，观察组较对照组低；护理满意度评分相比，观察组较对照组高；生活质量评分相比，功能领域评分及总体健康状况较对照组高，症状领域评分则较对照组低，P＜0.05。结论：对接受胃癌根治术的患者实施心理护理干预效果较好，可有效提高患者生活质量，缓解不良情绪，改善精神状况，提高护理满意度。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the quality of life and mental health of patients after radical gastrectomy. Methods: 124 patients undergoing radical gastrectomy from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. All patients were randomly divided into control group (62 cases) and observation group (62 cases). SAS score, SDS score, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction score before and after intervention were statistically analyzed. Results: compared with the control group, SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group; the functional domain score and overall health status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the symptom domain score was lower than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: the effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients undergoing radical gastrectomy is better, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, relieve bad emotions, improve mental status and improve nursing satisfaction.
