Objective To explore the nursing effect of individualized rehabilitation nursing on patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the control group (40 cases, receiving conventional nursing methods) and the observation group (40 cases, receiving individualized rehabilitation nursing) according to the random number table grouping method. Regarding the nursing effects of the two groups, The cardiac function indicators, angina pectoris conditions, 6-minute walking distance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and evaluated. Results All cardiac function indicators of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of angina pectoris stability and attack of patients in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The 6-minute walking distance of patients in the observation group was much longer than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of individualized rehabilitation nursing for patients with coronary heart disease can achieve remarkable results. It can significantly improve the cardiac function indicators and angina pectoris conditions of patients, increase their 6-minute walking distance, enhance the satisfaction of nursing, and has high application value.
