| 摘要 |
目的 浅析眩晕患者采用前庭功能训练操联合八段锦行康复护理指导的效果。方法 选取2024年3月至2025年2月收治的眩晕患者90例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用前庭功能训练操联合八段锦，对比临床效果。结果 观察组患者颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表标优于对照组，且观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对眩晕患者实施前庭功能训练操联合八段锦的效果显著，有助于改善症状，提升生活质量，干预效果确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of vestibular function training exercises combined with Baduanjin in rehabilitation care for patients with vertigo. Methods A total of 90 patients with vertigo admitted from March 2024 to February 2025 were selected. The control group received basic care, while the observation group underwent vestibular function training exercises combined with Baduanjin. Clinical outcomes were compared. Results The observation group showed better cervical vertigo symptoms and function assessment scores compared to the control group, and their quality of life scores were also higher, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing vestibular function training exercises combined with Baduanjin for patients with vertigo is highly effective, improving symptoms and enhancing quality of life, with clear intervention effects.
