【Abstract】Objective: To explore the relationship between suicide attitude and adult attachment in non-suicidal self-injury. Methods: 93 cases were assessed by the Experiences in Close Relationships-Revised Questionnaire and Suicide Attitude Questionnaire. Results: ①The scores in different attachment types on the attitude of suicidal behavior (F=3.431, P<0.01) and the attitude to euthanasia (F=3.296, P<0.01) were statistically significant differences. ② The scores of the attitude of suicidal behavior（t=6.110，P<0.01）, attitude to suicides（t=5.694，P<0.01）, attitude to euthanasia（t=7.897，P<0.01）were statistically significant differences between the non-suicidal self-injury group and the control group. ③Insecure style patients had3.7 more times of the risk of having non-suicidal self-injury than the secure ones. Conclusion: Insecure adult attachment styles are the majority among non-suicidal self-injury cases, the suicide attitude is different among the four attachment types in the non-suicidal self-injury group, also different between the non-suicidal self-injury group and the control group, insecure attachment is the important risk factor for non-suicidal self-injury.
