【摘要】目的：分析CBT（认知行为疗法）+艾司西酞普兰用于PPD（产后抑郁症）的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选定本院2018年6月至2020年6月住院治疗的76例PPD患者，以“单盲随机抽样法”分组，参照组38例予以艾司西酞普兰治疗，实验组38例予以CBT+艾司西酞普兰治疗，对比两组临床疗效、HAMA评分、HAMD评分、不良反应发生率、HRQOL评分。结果：实验组临床总有效率（94.74%）高于参照组（68.42%），实验组治疗后HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于参照组，实验组治疗后HRQOL评分高于参照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组不良反应发生率（7.89%）与参照组（10.53%）比较，P>0.05。结论：CBT+艾司西酞普兰可有效改善PPD患者抑郁症状，提高生活质量，且不良反应较少，效果确切。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of CBT and escitalopram in the treatment of PPD. Methods: 76 cases of PPD in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by single blind random sampling method. 38 cases in the reference group were treated with escitalopram, and 38 cases in the experimental group were treated with CBT + escitalopram. The clinical efficacy, HAMA score, HAMD score, incidence of adverse reactions and HRQOL score were compared between the two groups. Results: the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group (94.74%) was higher than that of the reference group (68.42%). The HAMA score and HAMD score of the experimental group after treatment were lower than those of the reference group, and the HRQOL score of the experimental group after treatment was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (7.89%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (10.53%), P > 0.05. Conclusion: CBT + escitalopram can effectively improve the depressive symptoms of PPD patients and improve the quality of life, with fewer adverse reactions and exact effect.
