[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the clinical efficacy of methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets plus psychotherapy in children with ADHD. Methods: 200 cases of ADHD in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by single blind random sampling method. 100 cases in the reference group were treated with methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets, and 100 cases in the experimental group were given methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets plus psychological therapy. The clinical efficacy, Conners score, CBCL score, dopamine level, incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results: the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group (97.00%) was higher than that of the reference group (84.00%). The Conners score, CBCL score and dopamine level of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group after treatment, and the recurrence rate of the experimental group (1.00%) was lower than that of the reference group (7.00%), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (3.00%) was higher than that in the control group (4.00%), P > 0.05. Conclusion: methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets plus psychotherapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of ADHD children, reduce the recurrence rate, and fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy of reference.
