【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of positive suggestion combined with progressive rehabilitation training on cognitive function, self-efficacy and serum neurotransmitter levels in elderly Parkinsons patients. Methods A total of 123 elderly Parkinsons patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to September 2020 were included as observation objects. They were divided into 2 groups by coin tossing. Both groups were treated with conventional drugs and 61 cases in the control group Accepting positive suggestion combined with conventional nursing program, 62 patients in the observation group received gradual rehabilitation care based on the nursing of the control group, and the changes in cognitive function, self-efficacy and serum neurotransmitter levels of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the UPDRS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced, and the observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05); the MoCA score and GSES score of the two groups were significantly increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group The group is higher, the difference between the groups is significant (P<0.05); the levels of BDNF and 5-HT in the two groups are significantly higher, and the observation group is higher than the control group, the difference between the groups is significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Positive suggestion combined with progressive rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the self-efficacy of PD patients, significantly increase the level of neurotransmitters, and improve the cognitive function of patients. It is worth recommending.
