一例惊恐障碍个案的接纳承诺疗法干预报告

摘要	运用接纳承诺疗法对一名惊恐障碍的患者进行心理治疗。经治疗后，来访者经验性回避、认知融合水平显著降低，惊恐症状缓解、情绪改善，充满希望。治疗有效且短期内未出现反复。
Abstract	A patient with panic disorder was treated with acceptance commitment therapy. After treatment, the clients level of experiential avoidance and cognitive fusion was significantly reduced, and the symptoms of panic were relieved, the mood improved, and the client was full of hope. The treatment was effective and no recurrence occurred in a short period of time.
