【Abstract】Objective To explore the application of body language communication combined with integrated psychological intervention in children with stable bronchial asthma (BA) and its influence on lung function, mental toughness and coping ability. Methods 107 children with BA in stable stage in our department were selected and grouped according to the random number table method. The 53 cases in the control group used integrated psychological intervention combined with health education, and the 54 cases in the observation group combined body language communication on this basis. The lung function, mental toughness and psychological coping ability of the two groups were observed. Results: After the intervention, the observation groups FVC, PEF, FEV1 levels, HKRA scores, far away, fantasy, acceptance, and self-comfort scores were higher than those of the control group, and the escape and negative emotion management scores were lower than those of the control group, which were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Body language communication combined with integrated psychological intervention for children with BA in stable stage can effectively improve lung function, increase mental toughness, and enhance psychological coping ability.
