[Abstract] Objective To analyze the changes in walking gait function, happiness and stigma of stroke patients with hemiplegia after applying reading therapy combined with MOTOmed lower limb exercise training intervention. Methods 109 patients with stroke and hemiplegia in our hospital were divided into groups using coin toss. In the control group, 54 patients were given conventional rehabilitation training combined with MOTOmed lower limb exercise training, and 55 patients in the observation group were combined with reading therapy on this basis. Observe the two groups of patients walking after intervention Changes in gait function, stigma, and happiness. Results After the intervention, the observation groups MUNSH, Tinetti score, step length, walking speed, and step frequency level were higher than those of the control group, and the Link score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Reading therapy combined with MOTOmed lower limb exercise training can significantly eliminate the shame of stroke patients with hemiplegia, alleviate the patients psychological barriers, promote the improvement of walking gait function, and enhance the happiness of patients.
