摘要
精神疾病是一系列受遗传和环境因素多个因素共同影响,表现为精神行为异常的疾病。然而截止目前,精神疾病的具体发病机制尚不明确,普遍认为免疫紊乱和代谢障碍在精神疾病的发病机制中发挥十分重要的作用。近年来,许多研究证实精神疾病患者淋巴细胞线粒体功能异常,据报道,CD4+T淋巴细胞的线粒体崩解导致焦虑样行为[1] 、处于社交失败的小鼠T淋巴细胞钙卫蛋白水平增加[2] 、精神分裂症淋巴细胞线粒体密度低于健康对照组,且与临床症状呈负相关[3] ,此外,经抗氧化治疗自闭症小鼠的自闭行为减少,Th17细胞的免疫反应、氧化应激参数均降低[4] 。因此,本文综述了淋巴细胞线粒体与常见精神疾病相关研究进展,为这类疾病的发病机制探索提供参考。
Abstract
Mental disorder, a series of multifactorial diseases, are influenced by both genetic and environmental risk factors,charactered by abnormal thoughts and behaviors.However the pathogenesis is not clearly defined. It’s generally believed that metabolic disorders and immune dysfunction has played a significant role. Recently, numerous studies confirmed that the lymphocyte mitochondria’s function are abnormal in mental patients. Such as, mitochondrial fission in CD4+ T cells leads to a variety of behavioral abnormalities including anxiety; elevations in calprotectin levels within T-lymphocytes and in circulation of recurrent social defeat animals; lower lymphocyte mitochondria density in schizophrenia compared to healthy controls; In addition, Antioxidant treated mice had reduced Th17 immune responses and oxidative stress parameters. So, The aim of this review was to summarize the current knowledge on lymphocyte mitochondria and common mental illness related research, providing ideas into the pathogenesis study of psychiatric disorders.
