[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of cardiac rehabilitation therapy on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods: 86 cases of angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects, and all patients were randomly divided into control group (43 cases) and observation group (43 cases) with cardiac rehabilitation therapy. The compliance, quality of life score, SAS score and SDS score of patients before and after the intervention were statistically analyzed Birth rate and readmission rate. Results: compared with the control group, the compliance and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group; the incidence of cardiovascular events and readmission rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, P< 0.05. Conclusion: the effect of cardiac rehabilitation on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is good, which can effectively improve the patients bad mood, improve the compliance and quality of life, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events, and reduce the probability of re admission.
