[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of desloratadine + Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets on patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU) and the influence of anxiety and depression scores. Methods: 80 patients with CIU in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the single blind random sampling method. 40 patients in the control group were treated with desloratadine, and 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with desloratadine and Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets. The clinical efficacy, the number of wind masses, the size of wind masses, pruritus score, the incidence of adverse reactions, recurrence rate and HA were compared between the two groups Ma score, HAMD score. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group (95.00%) was higher than that of the reference group (72.50%). After treatment, the number, size, pruritus score, HAMA score and HAMD score of the treatment group were lower than those of the reference group, and the recurrence rate of the treatment group (2.50%) was lower than that of the reference group (15.00%), and the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group (5.00%) was higher than that in the control group (7.50%), P > 0.05. Conclusion: desloratadine + Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets can effectively relieve the pruritus symptoms of patients with CIU, reduce the number of wind masses, reduce the adverse emotions, and the adverse reactions are less, the recurrence rate of patients is low, and the clinical curative effect is exact.
