摘要
近红外光谱分析(near-infrared spectroscopy,NIRS)是一种新型非侵入性、安全的、便携的光学成像技术。近红外光谱是通过测量脑部氧合血红蛋白(oxygenated hemoglobin,oxy-Hb)和脱氧血红蛋白(deaeration hemoglobin,deoxy-Hb)浓度的变化,间接了解大脑激活和功能连接的变化。经过几十年发展,近红外光谱技术得到了广泛的应用,在抑郁症的研究上取得很大的成就,主要集中在抑郁症的诊断指标、严重程度、治疗效益和预后康复等方面,本文对此进行综述。
Abstract
Near infrared spectroscopy (near-infrared spectroscopy,NIRS) is a new non-invasive, safe and portable optical imaging technology. NIRS is to indirectly understand the changes of brain activation and functional connections by measuring the changes of oxygenated hemoglobin (oxy-Hb) and deaeration hemoglobin (deoxy-Hb) concentrations in the brain. After decades of development, NIRS has been widely used and made great achievements in the study of depression, mainly focusing on the diagnostic indicators, severity, treatment benefits, prognosis and rehabilitation of depression,this paper gives a summary of this.
