【摘要】目的：分析纤维喉镜与支撑喉镜对声带息肉患者临床效果及对情绪评分影响。方法：选定本院2018年1月至2020年1月住院治疗的130例声带息肉患者，根据“单盲随机抽样法”分组，参照组65例患者予以纤维喉镜治疗，治疗组65例患者予以支撑喉镜治疗，比较两组临床疗效、嗓音声学参数、并发症发生率、复发率、SAS评分、SDS评分。结果：治疗组临床总有效率（96.92%）高于参照组（81.54%），治疗组治疗后HNR、SNR均高于参照组，治疗组治疗后Jitter、Shimmer均低于参照组，治疗组并发症发生率（15.38%）高于参照组（3.08%），治疗组复发率（1.54%）低于参照组（10.77%），差异均存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前、治疗后比较两组SAS评分、SDS评分，P>0.05。结论：支撑喉镜可有效改善声带息肉患者临床症状、嗓音声学功能，降低复发率，改善患者预后，但并发症较多，安全性较差，患者心理负担较重，治疗期间医生应重视对患者的心理疏导。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of fibrolaryngoscope and suspension laryngoscope on patients with vocal cord polyps. Methods: 130 patients with vocal cord polyps in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the single blind random sampling method. 65 patients in the reference group were treated with fibrolaryngoscope, and 65 patients in the treatment group were treated with suspension laryngoscope. The clinical efficacy, voice acoustic parameters, incidence of complications, recurrence rate, SAS score and SDS score were compared between the two groups. Results: the clinical total effective rate of the treatment group (96.92%) was higher than that of the reference group (81.54%), HNR and SNR in the treatment group were higher than those in the reference group, jitter and shimmer in the treatment group were lower than those in the reference group after treatment, the incidence of complications in the treatment group (15.38%) was higher than that in the reference group (3.08%), the recurrence rate in the treatment group (1.54%) was lower than that in the reference group (10.77%), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) . SAS score and SDS score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, P> 0.05. Conclusion: suspension laryngoscope can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and voice acoustic function of patients with vocal cord polyps, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the prognosis of patients, but there are many complications, poor safety and heavy psychological burden of patients. Doctors should pay attention to psychological counseling for patients during treatment.
