| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：探讨对帕金森病伴抑郁状态患者实施个性化心理护理对其抑郁情绪以及生活质量的影响。方法：本文将2018年1月至2019年1月收治的帕金森病患者80例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分组，对照组40例患者以常规护理进行干预，观察组40例患者以个性化心理护理进行干预，统计分析护理前后HAMD评分、患者依从性、护理满意度及护理前后生活质量评分。结果：两组之间HAMD评分相比，观察组较对照组低；患者依从性、护理满意度及生活质量评分相比，观察组较对照组高，P＜0.05。结论：个性化心理护理在帕金森病伴抑郁状态患者中具有较好的应用效果，可有效减轻患者的抑郁情绪，提高依从性与满意度，进而不断提高其生活质量。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of individualized psychological nursing on depression and quality of life of Parkinsons disease patients with depression. Methods: 80 patients with Parkinsons disease treated from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40). HAMD score, patient compliance, nursing satisfaction and quality of life before and after nursing were statistically analyzed. Results: the HAMD score between the two groups was lower in the observation group than in the control group; the scores of patient compliance, nursing satisfaction and quality of life were higher in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: personalized psychological nursing has a good application effect in Parkinsons disease patients with depression, can effectively reduce the depression of patients, improve compliance and satisfaction, and then continuously improve their quality of life.
