| 摘要 |
人脸识别技术作为数字时代的产物，该技术的应用不仅丰富了传统的识别模式，而且极大地方便了人们的生活。然而，当我们在享受人脸识别技术带来福利的同时不能忽视这项技术在应用过程中对个人信息保护方面所带来的挑战。针对人脸识别技术在应用过程中出现的个人信息保护问题，虽然在立法层面对于个人信息保护有了较为完善的规则设计，但在实践中仍有必要探讨对于人脸识别技术进行有效法律规制的具体路径，以此为应对新的技术挑战提供借鉴。

| Abstract |
As a product of the digital age, facial recognition technology not only enriches traditional recognition modes, but also greatly facilitates peoples lives. However, while enjoying the benefits brought by facial recognition technology, we cannot ignore the challenges it poses to personal information protection during its application. In response to the personal information protection issues that arise during the application of facial recognition technology, although there are relatively complete rule designs for personal information protection at the legislative level, it is still necessary to explore specific paths for effective legal regulation of facial recognition technology in practice, in order to provide reference for addressing new technological challenges.
