【摘要】目的探讨胱抑素C（Cys-C）、游离脂肪酸（FFA）与慢性心衰抑郁的相关性。方法本研究对象为2018年4月至2020年4月我院100例慢性心衰患者，采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行抑郁筛查，并设为慢性心衰抑郁组以及慢性心衰组，分别为32例、68例。检测血清FFA、Cys-C水平以及左心室射血分数(LVEF)，并分析血清FFA、Cys-C水平以及LVEF与SDS评分的相关性。结果慢性心衰抑郁组血清FFA、Cys-C水平、SDS评分显著高于慢性心衰组，LVEF显著低于慢性心衰组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；血清FFA、Cys-C水平与SDS评分呈显著正相关，LVEF与SDS评分呈显著负相关，（P<0.05）。结论 慢性心衰患者抑郁检出率较高，高FFA、Cys-C水平以及心脏功能偏低与抑郁情绪的发生具有重要关系，有望成为慢性心衰抑郁的预测因子，并及早采取措施降低抑郁发生率。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the correlation between cystatin C (Cys-C), free fatty acid (FFA) and chronic heart failure depression. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the study subjects. The zung self-rating depression scale (SDS) was used for depression screening, and were set as the chronic heart failure depression group and the chronic heart failure group, with 32 cases and 68 cases respectively. The serum FFA, Cys-C levels and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were detected. The serum FFA, Cys-C level and the correlation between LVEF and SDS score were analyzed. Results The serum FFA, Cys-C and SDS scores of the chronic heart failure depression group were significantly higher than those of the chronic heart failure group, and LVEF was significantly lower than the chronic heart failure group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Serum FFA and Cys-C levels were significantly positively correlated with SDS score, and LVEF was significantly negatively correlated with SDS score (P<0.05). Conclusion The detection rate of depression in patients with chronic heart failure is relatively high, and high FFA, Cys-C levels and low cardiac function are important to the occurrence of depression. It is expected to be the predictor of chronic heart failure depression, and early measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of depression.
