[Abstract] Objective To analyze the psychological status and related influencing factors of patients with coronary artery disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were collected in our hospital, and the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and the self-rating depression scale (SDS) score were used to assess the postoperative mental state of the patients, and the multivariate logistic regression analysis method was used to analyze Influencing factors of patients mental state. Results The incidence of depression in 98 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was 54.08%, and the incidence of anxiety was 59.18%. Logistic regression analysis showed that postoperative complications, junior high school education or younger, people over 50 years old, females, disease duration> 1 year, self-paying people are risk factors for postoperative anxiety; females, poor social relations, self-paying, postoperative Complications were a risk factor for postoperative depression (P<0.05). Conclusion Approximately 59.18% of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI have anxiety, and approximately 54.08% of people have depression. Self-paying, women, and postoperative complications are risk factors for depression and anxiety, and poor social relationships are risk factors for depression. Age ≥50 years, course of disease> 1 year, and junior high school education or less are risk factors for anxiety.
