本文探讨了“双师型”教师培训基地建设的价值意蕴。通过分析其发展历程、时代价值、社会价值和实践价值,揭示了“双师型”教师培训基地在推动职业教育高质量发展中的重要作用。研究表明,“双师型”教师培训基地建设是适应新时代职业教育需求、服务国家战略、促进社会经济发展和提升职业教育质量的重要举措,具有深远的理论和实践意义。
Abstract
This paper explores the value implications of establishing “dual-qualified teacher” training bases. By analyzing their development history, contemporary value, social value, and practical value, it reveals the crucial role these bases play in promoting the high-quality development of vocational education. The research indicates that the construction of “dual-qualified teacher” training bases is a significant measure to meet the needs of vocational education in the new era, serve national strategies, boost socio-economic development, and enhance the quality of vocational education, carrying profound theoretical and practical significance.
