| 摘要 |
Orem理论强调通过后天学习激发患者的自护意识及能力，以提高康复效果。传统研究多将其应用于医学领域，而本研究旨在将其拓展至社区养老服务领域，探索数字化平台如何赋能老年人的自护能力，提升其生活质量。本文结合文献研究法及问卷调查法，以天津市滨海新区大沽街道下属17个社区为典型，基于Orem理论提出假设，构建老年人自护能力、补偿系统依赖程度、数字平台支持功能与综合生活质量之间的关系模型。基于研究发现，设计“依据老人专属自护方案提供相应养老服务”的全新居家养老服务体系。

| Abstract |
Orem theory emphasizes to stimulate patients self-care consciousness and ability through acquired learning to improve the rehabilitation effect. While traditional research has mostly applied to medicine, this study aims to extend it to community-based care services, exploring how digital platforms can empower older people to care for themselves and improve their quality of life. Based on the Orem hypothesis, this paper uses the documentary research and questionnaire investigation approach to construct the relational model of self-care capacity, compensation system dependence, digital support and comprehensive quality of life of the elderly. Based on the findings of the study, a new home-based elderly care system was designed to provide "relevant care according to the elderlys exclusive self-care plan."
