本文聚焦供应链金融场景中商业贿赂的穿透式监管机制构建，通过分析金融创新与风险交织的监管挑战，提出系统性解决方案。研究从穿透式监管的理论基础出发，结合供应链金融多主体、跨环节特征，构建“技术赋能—主体协同—法律保障”三维监管框架，为防范商业贿赂风险、维护市场公平提供理论支撑与实践路径。

| Abstract |
This study focuses on constructing a look-through regulatory mechanism for commercial bribery in supply chain finance scenarios. By analyzing the regulatory challenges arising from the intertwining of financial innovation and risks, it proposes a systematic solution. Grounded in the theoretical foundations of look-through regulation and incorporating the multi-entity, cross-linkage characteristics of supply chain finance, the research establishes a three-dimensional regulatory framework encompassing" technology empowerment, stakeholder collaboration, and legal safeguards. "This framework provides theoretical support and practical pathways for preventing commercial bribery risks and safeguarding market fairness.
