讲好中国故事，传播中国文化，已成为提升国家软实力和国际影响力的重要途径。辽宁作为中国重要的革命老区之一，拥有丰富的红色文化资源，这些资源不仅是中华民族宝贵的精神财富，也是讲好中国故事的重要素材。深挖辽宁红色文化资源，讲好辽宁红色故事，对讲好中国故事，传播好中国声音具有重要意义。

| Abstract |
Telling China’s stories well and disseminating Chinese culture have become important ways to enhance the country’s soft power and international influence. As one of China’s key revolutionary base areas, Liaoning boasts abundant red culture resources, which are not only precious spiritual assets of the Chinese nation but also vital materials for telling China’s stories well. Delving into Liaoning’s red culture resources and effectively sharing its red stories are of great significance for presenting China’s narratives and amplifying its voice on the global stage.
