Objective: To explore the suicidal ideation and its risk factors of patients with non-suicidal self-injury behavior disorder (NSSI-D). Methods: Continuously included 202 patients who met the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for NSSI-D, and evaluated their general information questionnaire、 HAMD and HAMA, Use the Baker Suicide Ideation Scale to divide patients into suicidal ideation and no suicide ideation groups, logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of suicidal ideation in NSSI-D patients. Results: 202 cases of NSSI-D patients were 12-24 years old, with an average of 16.7±2.7 years old, mainly women (85.6%/173) and students (92.6%/187), of which 135 cases (66.8%) were accompanied by Suicidal ideation. In univariate analysis, there were statistically significant differences in suicidal ideation in childhood trauma, suicide attempt history, HAMD score, HAMA score, and NSSI course (P<0.05),Childhood trauma（OR=12.575）, suicide attempt history （OR=8.581）, anxiety score （OR=1.124）, NSSI course （OR=1.026）are all risk factors for suicidal ideation. Conclusion：Suicidal ideation is more common in hospitalized patients with NSSI-D. In clinical practice, key interventions should be made for high-risk groups to reduce medical risks.
