| 摘要 |
本文以个案工作方法介入涉罪未成年人帮教考察的实际案例作为研究对象，分析个案工作介入涉罪未成年人帮教考察的实务过程，得出当前社会工作及个案工作介入涉罪未成年人帮教具有明显的必要性和可行性，用社会工作专业价值观、专业方法介入帮教过程具有明显优势的结论。本文选取了W社工机构介入涉罪未成年人帮教具体实务个案，采用实地研究中的个案研究和参与式观察两种研究方法，以理性情绪治疗模式为支撑，探讨个案工作介入涉罪未成年人帮教的成效，发现相比传统帮教模式，个案工作介入涉罪未成年人帮教过程更容易与涉罪未成年人建立专业关系，帮教效果更为显著。

| Abstract |
This paper takes the actual case of the intervention of social work in the rehabilitation and investigation of juvenile offenders as the research object, analyzes the practical process of the intervention of case work in the rehabilitation and investigation of juvenile offenders, and concludes that the intervention of social work and case work in the rehabilitation of juvenile offenders has obvious necessity and feasibility. The use of professional values and methods of social work in the rehabilitation process has obvious advantages. This paper selects a specific practical case of the intervention of W social work agency in the rehabilitation of juvenile offenders, adopts two research methods of case study and participatory observation in field research, and supports the rational emotive therapy model to explore the effectiveness of the intervention of case work in the rehabilitation of juvenile offenders. It is found that compared with the traditional rehabilitation model, the intervention of case work in the rehabilitation of juvenile offenders is easier to establish a professional relationship with juvenile offenders, and the rehabilitation effect is more significant.
