| 摘要 |
探讨动机访谈对酒精依赖综合征患者自我效能感、负性情绪及预后的影响。方法 选取某院2017年10月至2019年10月收治入院的112名酒精依赖患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用动机访谈治疗，比较两组患者访谈前后的酒精戒断状态评定量表（CIWA-Ar）评分、一般自我效能感量表（GSES）评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HRSD）评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分及复饮和再住院的随访情况。结果 动机访谈治疗后，观察组患者的GSES评分显著高于较对照组（P<0.05），HRSD评分、HAMA评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者6个月的复饮率及再住院率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 动机访谈能有效提高酒瘾患者的自我效能感，缓解焦虑抑郁情绪，降低复饮率，改善预后，适合临床一线推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effects of motivational interviewing on self-efficacy, negative emotions and prognosis of patients with alcohol dependence syndrome. Methods A total of 112 alcohol dependent patients admitted to a hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. Control group was treated with conventional treatment, while observation group was treated motivational interviewing. We compared clinic institute alcohol withdrawal syndrome scale (CIWA-Ar) scores, general self-efficacy scale (GSES) scores, hamilton rating scale for depression (HRSD) scores, hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) scores of the two groups before and after the motivational interviewing, also the follow-up of relapse and readmission. Results After motivational interviewing treatment, GSES score of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05), HRSD score and HAMA score were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). The 6-month relapse rate and readmission rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Motivational interview could effectively improve the self-efficacy of alcoholics, relieve anxiety and depression, reduce the relapse rate, improve the prognosis, and is suitable for clinical frontline promotion.
