在翻译教学中，任务驱动式翻译教学方式是行之有效的办法。翻译任务的来源与选择在翻译教学中至关重要。通过分析翻译任务的实际需求，可以确保所选任务符合行业标准和市场需求，从而提升学生的实用技能。任务的选择不仅需要契合课程目标，还要与翻译理论密切相关，以便学生在实践中能够更好地理解和应用相关理论。为了增加学习的动力和参与感，翻译任务的设计应考虑学生的兴趣和专业背景，从而实现个性化的学习体验。

| Abstract |
Task driven translation teaching method is an effective approach in translation teaching. The source and selection of translation tasks are crucial in translation teaching. By analyzing the actual needs of translation tasks, it is possible to ensure that the selected tasks meet industry standards and market demands, thereby enhancing students practical skills. The selection of tasks not only needs to be in line with the course objectives, but also closely related to translation theory, so that students can better understand and apply relevant theories in practice. In order to increase motivation and participation in learning, the design of translation tasks should take into account students interests and professional backgrounds, in order to achieve personalized learning experiences.
