考研率是民办高校教育培育能力的重要体现，提升考研率有助于增强民办高校竞争力，有助于民办高校长远发展。考研趋于理性，但考研竞争依然激烈，民办高校分析学生实际情况，采取因材施教，分层培养，考研全过程指导等措施，提升考研率；并在此基础上探索科学提升考研率的措施，旨在有助于提升考研工作质量，培养高质量人才。

| Abstract |
The postgraduate entrance examination rate is an important manifestation of the education and cultivation ability of private universities. Improving the postgraduate entrance examination rate helps to enhance the competitiveness of private universities and contribute to their long-term development. The postgraduate entrance examination tends to be rational, but the competition is still fierce. Private universities analyze the actual situation of students, adopt measures such as teaching according to their aptitude, hierarchical training, and guidance throughout the entire process to improve the postgraduate entrance examination rate; And on this basis, explore measures to scientifically improve the rate of postgraduate entrance examination, aiming to help improve the quality of postgraduate entrance examination work and cultivate high-quality talents.
