人际关系管理理论下的三方交际互动研究

| 摘要 |
人际交往的核心目标之一是建立和谐的人际与社会关系。然而,在常见的三方交际互动形态中,话语冲突却成为普遍现象。这是因为在交际中,参与者各方在权力地位上的非对称性构成了冲突滋生的土壤,即绝对的平等关系在现实中几乎不存在,而不平衡才是常态。这种结构性特征使得“结盟现象”成为三方交际最显著的标识。以和谐为导向的人际关系管理理论聚焦于人们在交流互动中如何通过语言与非语言行为,协调面子管理与社交权管理,进而建立和维持积极的人际关系。本文基于该理论视角,聚焦三方交际中的联盟关系,揭示了联盟策略对人际和谐目标的实现机制。

| Abstract |
One of the core objectives of interpersonal communication is to establish harmonious personal and social relationships. However, in common triadic communication scenarios, discursive conflicts frequently emerge. This is because the inherent asymmetry in participants’ power positions leads to conflicts, that is, absolute equality in relationships rarely exists in reality, while imbalance remains the norm. This structural characteristic makes coalition formation the most distinctive feature of triadic communication. The harmony-oriented Rapport Management Theory focuses on how people coordinate face management and social rights management through verbal and nonverbal behaviors during interactions, thereby establishing and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships. Based on this theory, this paper examines coalition formation in triadic communication, analyzing how strategies facilitate the achievement of interpersonal harmony.
